“Working with Damian was a complete pleasure, a stress-free experience at what could have been a very stressful time.  We had initially wanted to expand the house we had bought. Damian produced 3 different options which he patiently went through with us, persuading us that there was no need to expand as the cost might be prohibitive and all our requirements could be met by re-arranging the existing layout. He then sorted the entire process for us, including engaging with a very tricky neighbour.

Damian then pulled together an extremely detailed tender document and got an amazing builder at a good cost.  The extraordinary thing was that there were NO extra costs from the tender document to completion. Not only did the builder come in on budget – he also finished within the time frame, thanks to Damian’s continual and detailed management of the project. Inevitably we added things on as the project progressed, and Damian insisted on negotiating with suppliers on every one – from panes of glass to door knobs.

We felt that Damian really understood our vision for our home and made great suggestions above and beyond his architectural remit.  We genuinely believe that without Damian guiding us and the whole project, we would not be as happy as we are in our amazing house.”

the evaluation of tendering. The contractor recommended by Damian was superb & once work commenced Damian paid regular visits to site to inspect the works and certified valuations as submitted by our builder. We had some boundary issues with our neighbours which Damian helped to sort out.
